Individual Therapy
Individual therapy consists of a course of sessions in which therapist and client work together. These sessions involve talking one-on-one about whatever the client wants (or needs) to work through. This process is highly personalized.
One-on-one sessions allow for confidentiality, individualized attention, and plenty of space to work through personal struggles.
Throughout the therapeutic process, goals are made to make sure you are getting what you need out of therapy. These goals will be unique to you. Sometimes they are specific, such as gaining new coping skills or exploring developmental memories. Other times they are more general or existential, like finding new meaning in life.
Whatever your goals may be, we will work towards them together.
